SoulTech exists to build sovereign technology — tools that put you in control. Our business model is selling software and services, not selling data. We collect only what's necessary to provide and improve our services. Everything else stays with you.

• Payment Information: Processed by our payment partners (Stripe, Gumroad). We do not store full credit card numbers.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Website Analytics: We use Plausible Analytics (self-hosted, privacy-first). No cookies. No fingerprinting. No personal data. We see page views and referrers — nothing more.
• Service Logs: For SaaS services (AI Email Responder, AI Receptionist), we log service health metrics. Message content is not logged or stored beyond what's needed for delivery.
• Cookies: We use minimal functional cookies for session management on authenticated services. No tracking cookies. No advertising cookies.

2.3 What We Do NOT Collect

4. Self-Hosted Products: Your Data, Your Control

For self-hosted products (Agent K, CSM, OriginBlock, Re-Source, POMSE, dccps, and others):

• The software runs on your infrastructure.
• We have zero access to your data unless you explicitly grant it for support.
• You control backups, encryption, and retention.
• No telemetry. No phone-home. No usage reporting.

This is the core of sovereign technology. You own your stack.

5. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your data. Period. We do not rent, trade, or otherwise monetize your personal information. We share data only in these limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: With third-party vendors who help us operate (hosting, payment processing, email delivery) — bound by contract to use data only for the service provided.
• Legal Obligation: If required by valid legal process (subpoena, court order, warrant) — we will notify you unless prohibited by law.
• Business Transfer: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — with continued protection of your data.
• With Your Consent: In any other circumstance, only with your explicit permission.

6. Data Sharing & Third Parties

6.1 Service Providers

We use trusted service providers for essential operations:

• Payment Processing: Stripe, Gumroad — governed by their privacy policies.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Cloudflare — for DNS, DDoS protection, and edge caching.
• Email Delivery: Cloudflare Email Service — for transactional emails.

These providers receive only the minimum data necessary to perform their function.

6.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger or acquisition, your information may transfer as a business asset. You will be notified and given the option to delete your account before transfer.

No system is impenetrable. In the event of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you within 72 hours of confirmation.

Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we delete it immediately.

11. Changes to This Policy

We will notify active customers of material changes via email and post updates on this page 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
